Izzy J., Office Manager
Team: Management
Izzy has been a member of the team at Buck Lake Animal Hospital since 2023. Her favorite thing about working at the hospital is the staff and her relationships with clients and their pets. In her free time, Izzy collects shark teeth and enjoys being at the beach and watersports.
Fun Fact: Izzy and her boyfriend backpacked through Southeast Asia for 3 months.
Chelsi L., Customer Service Representative
Team: Front of House/Reception
Chelsi has been working at Buck Lake Animal Hospital since 2024. She enjoys building relationships with clients and their pets. In her free time, Chelsi enjoys reading.
Fun Fact: Chelsi has 2 children and her favorite dinosaur is a hadrosaur.
Bobie G., Customer Service Representative
Team: Front of House
Bobie joined the staff at Buck Lake Animal Hospital in the summer of 2025. Her favorite part of her job is getting to meet all the different people and their animals. When she is not working, Bobie likes playing video games and going on hikes.
Fun Fact: Bobie played volleyball for 13 years.

Michelle B., Customer Service Representative

Michelle became a member of the staff at Buck Lake Animal Hospital in early 2026.
Carolyn W., Lead Technician
Team: Treatment
Carolyn became a member of the staff at Buck Lake Animal Hospital in 2022. Her favorite aspect of her job is practicing client education and helping patients. Away from the clinic, Carolyn enjoys hiking and horseback riding.
Fun Fact: Carolyn has a personal goal to visit all US national parks; so far she has seen 16 out of 63 parks.
Natasha G., Veterinary Technician
Team: Treatment
Natasha became a member of the team at Buck Lake Animal Hospital in the summer of 2025. She thinks that the best thing about her job is getting to work with co-workers who love and care for animals with all their hearts. Natasha’s hobbies include roller skating, biking, thrifting, reading, and writing.
Fun Fact: Natasha has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Jenna K., Veterinary Technician

Jenna has worked at Buck Lake Animal Hospital since 2022. She enjoys working with aggressive/fearful patients and learning their personalities. Outside of the office, Jenna enjoys going hunting.
Fun Fact: Jenna’s favorite color is lavender.
Sarah W., Veterinary Technician
Team: Treatment
Sarah previously worked at Buck Lake Animal Hospital for 2 years, and now she has come back. She enjoys working at the clinic because there is always something interesting going on, she continually learns useful things, and she has animals to love on. Away from the clinic, Sarah likes to sew and she practices heliographic dyeing.
Fun Fact: Sarah hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2002.
TJ Smith, Veterinary Technician
Team: Treatment
TJ became a member of the staff at Buck Lake Animal Hospital in 2025. His most favorite aspect of his job is having one on one experiences with the pets. In his spare time, TJ likes to watch football and go camping.
Fun Fact: TJ loves milk!
Morgan W., Veterinary Technician in Training

Morgan joined the team at Buck Lake Animal Hospital in the fall of 2025. She enjoys all the daily interactions with the animals and people. After work, Morgan likes to spend time outside with her cat.
Fun Fact: There are more cats than people in Morgan’s house.

Pam has been an integral part of the team at Buck Lake Animal Hospital since February 2019. Her favorite part of her job is getting to love on fur babies and watch them grow. When she is not working, Pam enjoys gardening and catching up on Real Housewives of Miami.
Fun Fact: Pam loves bird watching.
